Financial Knowledge Network, LLC is committed to making our website and financial education programs usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by most U.S. accessibility requirements for public and private organizations.

What we do

Test our website with automated accessibility tools and fix the issues they find
Provide text descriptions for meaningful images
Label form fields and links so they work with screen readers
Maintain color contrast that meets WCAG AA requirements
Support keyboard navigation, including a “Skip to main content” link
Review accessibility whenever we add or change pages

Our courses and materials

Live webcasts can include captions at no additional cost.
Live sign language interpreters are available on request for an additional fee.
If you need course information or materials in another format, contact us and we'll work with you to provide it.

Please share accommodation needs when scheduling so we can plan ahead.
