Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through forms on this website:

• Contact form: your name, organization, email address, phone number and message
• Free pilot request: the details you enter in the request form
• Financial Knowledge Planner download: your name and email address
• Sample course: your name, work email address and organization

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. If you email or call us, we keep the information you share so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit:

• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider receives standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which is used to deliver and secure the website.
• Business visitor analytics. We use Snitcher, which uses your IP address and similar data to identify the organization a visit comes from and which pages were viewed. This helps us understand which organizations are interested in our programs.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use LinkedIn's Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website. LinkedIn may use cookies and similar technologies for this. You can manage how LinkedIn uses this data in your LinkedIn advertising settings.
• Embedded video. Our sample course video is hosted by Vimeo, which may collect information about your viewing under its own privacy policy.
• Your browser's storage. We store small preferences in your browser, for example so a pop-up you closed stays closed or so you can return to the sample course without filling out the form again.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests, including pilot requests and proposals
• To send you resources you ask for, such as the Financial Knowledge Planner
• To follow up about our programs with people who have contacted us or requested materials
• To understand how our website is used and improve it

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, including financial institutions, advisors or product providers. The only outside companies that handle it are the services that run parts of this website for us, described above: our hosting provider, Formspree for form delivery, Snitcher for visitor analytics, LinkedIn for ad measurement and Vimeo for video. We would disclose information only if required by law.

Your choices

• You can browse our website without filling out any forms.
• You can ask us to stop sending you emails at any time by replying to the email or contacting us.
• You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Program participants

This policy covers this website. If you take part in a Financial Knowledge course or coaching session through your employer or organization, information collected through our registration system and course evaluations is handled in line with our agreement with that organization.

Children

Our website is intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Visitors from Canada and outside the U.S.

We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. You may contact us at any time with questions about your information or to withdraw consent to our use of it.
